RUST Vehicle Locks v1.0.4

Adds driver seat locking to vehicles. Someone attempting to enter the driver's seat of a vehicle must have at least one of the following:

• Ownership of the vehicle. This is given to the first person to enter the driver/pilot/captain seat.
• Cupboard access where the vehicle is parked
• The vehicle is not within cupboard access for the current owner

This allows one to create public docks, park their vehicles by their bases, etc.

Currently supported vehicles:

• Mini Copter
• Scrap Transport
• Small Boat
• RHIB
• Sedan
• Chinook
• Horses (not sure where the key goes, use your imagination)

Localization​

The default messages are in the VehicleLocks file under the lang/en directory. To add support for another language, create a new language folder (e.g. de for German) if not already created, copy the default language file to the new folder and then customize the messages.
