RUST Magic Chat v0.1.3

This plugin provides a custom chat system (public and local chat). Start your messages with the "@" symbol for global messages.

Chat Commands​

Admin​

• /chat clear -- Clear chat database

Player​

• /chat public -- Hide public chat messages
• /chat tag <new> -- Set the players tag, if left blank it toggles tag on/off
• /chat color <new> -- Setsthe players name color, if left blank it toggles tag on/off
• /chat icon -- Hide/show steam icon in messages

Configuration​

The settings and options can be configured in the MagicChat file under the config directory. The use of an editor and validator is recommended to avoid formatting issues and syntax errors.

Notes​

• Players require permission to be able to change/show/hide their tag.
• Players require permission to change their name color/toggle it.
• Players require permission to hide their steam icon.

I haven't got around to adding a sub-command that allows administrators to give permission, but at the moment you can do it by setting defaults in the configuration file by editing the following variables:
