RUST Edit Tool v1.0.5

Edit Tool lets you change your environment as you please! Mainly for use by admins, but also support permissions so players can be allowed to use it, and prevent players from picking up the tool and abusing it.

Basics​

• To receive the tool, you must be an admin.
• Use the chat command /edittool to receive the tool.
• You must have the tool selected and in your hotbar for it to be active.

Permissions​

This plugin uses the permission system. To assign a permission, use oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>. To remove a permission, use oxide.revoke <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>.

• edittool.use -- Required permission for non-admins to use the tool
• edittool.transform -- Required permission for non-admins to move around and rotate entities
• edittool.clone -- Required permission for non-admins to copy and paste entities

Modes​

Switch Modes: Press Middle Mouse Button or run the console command edittool.switchmode. Bind that command if using middle mouse button isn't possible.

Transform:(Demonstration)

When looking at an entity, hold Left-Click to start moving an entity, and release the button to stop moving it.

(While Moving An Entity) Press E to move the entity closer and R to move the entity farther away.

When looking at an entity, hold Right-Click to start rotation an entity, and release the button to stop rotating it.

(While Rotating An Entity) Press E to rotate the entity counter-clockwise and R to rotate the entity clockwise.

Clone:(Demonstation)

Right-Click to copy an entity, and Left-Click to paste an entity.

By default, it will copy the entity and it's rotation. Hold down Shift to copy and paste all details of the entity as well. (Inventory, Health, On/Off, etc.)
