RUST Building Blocker v2.4.0

This is a very simple plugin that prevents building in the building privilage for the players, that don't have access to the cupboard.

Devblog 158 gave us an "awesome" feature - devs allow raiders to build twig constructions even if they don't have access to the tool cupboard. So - here is the fix for this. Now the raids would work as they use to.

Note: This plugin WILL NOT block players who have permission to bypass.

Configuration​

The settings and options can be configured in the BuildingBlocker file under the config directory. The use of an editor and validator is recommended to avoid formatting issues and syntax errors.
