Playtime Supply Signal gives players a Supply Signal, based on time played on server and configurable rate. It will check if players have at least one free inventory slot, and message about. Will try to give 2 minutes later, and so on, until players free a slot.
It will give a Supply Signal on first spawn/arrival of a player on Rust server (option can be set false/true in config file).
As the plugin will construct datas on first install on your server, it will consider all players not yet logged by it, as new spawned players.
To use VehicleAirdrops settings, you need to have the VehicleAirdrops plugin installed.
