RUST Knock Knock v1.1.13

If you are using an older version than 1.1.0, please make sure to read the update log for version 1.1.0 before updating otherwise you might encounter errors.

This plugin allows players to set a message on any of your doors. So when someone comes knocking on your door, the player knocking will get a message sent to them in chat.

Permissions​

This plugin uses the permission system. To assign a permission, use oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>. To remove a permission, use oxide.revoke <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>.

• knockknock.allow -- Allows player to use the /knock chat command
• knockknock.auto.allow -- Allows the player to use the auto command

Chat Commands​

• /knock -- Show all available commands for the plugin
• /knock add "message" -- Add or update a door message
• /knock remove -- Remove a message from a door
• /knock auto -- Toggles the users ability to add messages onto doors automatically when they are placed
• /knock auto "message" -- Sets the message for the auto function.

Configuration​

The settings and options can be configured in the KnockKnock file under the config directory. The use of an editor and validator is recommended to avoid formatting issues and syntax errors.

Localization​

The default messages are in the KnockKnock file under the lang/en directory. To add support for another language, create a new language folder (e.g. de for German) if not already created, copy the default language file to the new folder and then customize the messages.
