Instead of going to loot a player, on a player death all of the items in their inventory pop out of their body. Players who have the permission can auto-pickup those items when they walk over them.
A: Make sure you have the permission and the item you are picking up is not on the blacklist in the configuration file. If that still doesn't work, make sure the configuration option "Pick up without death" is set to your situation.
