This plugin will change how players can interact with notes. By default, players will not be able to edit any notes. Using the permissions below allows to control how players are allowed to edit notes.
The permission notewritecontrol.canedit supersedes the other two permissions as it allows for full functionality, like in vanilla. Admins and developers can always edit notes.

Permissions
This plugin uses the permission system. To assign a permission, use oxide.grant <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>. To remove a permission, use oxide.revoke <user or group> <name or steam id> <permission>.- notewritecontrol.canwrite -- Allows players to write new notes
- notewritecontrol.canappend -- Allows players to append to existing notes
- notewritecontrol.canedit -- Allows players to edit notes
