The ocean waves sometimes cause players to get wet while on the bottom floor of the Cargo Ship, which doesn't make sense and can cause undeserved freezing. This plugin prevents players from getting wet while on the Cargo Ship.
Players entering the ship in an already wet state will retain their wetness until the dry up from natural causes, but can't get any wetter still.
