This is a module of Levels Ranks plugin. This module creates water splashing effect to the attacker when his bullets damage the enemy player if the attacker has the required rank or level.

Remove the previous version of the plugin if any.
Extract the contents of the zip file into cstrike folder of your server.
Configure the file - addons/sourcemod/configs/levels_ranks/watereffect.ini
Restart the server.
